Mortal Peril - The toughest hour of your life.

A high intensity fast and heavy workout using a variety of equipment from ropes and tires to kettle bells and spin bikes. A basic level of fitness and strength is required. If you are a beginner to exercise try Mortal Peril Tech. 

Mortal Peril is the best fitness class I have ever done. It’s fantastic in that it combines high intensity aerobic and strength work but the real difference from other classes is Natalie who always manages to push you to your max and constantly innovates to keep sessions fresh.

Want to try Mortal Peril but not sure you have got what it takes? This is the class to try. Safely learn the techniques used to preform the exercises and handle the equipment.

HardCore

As the name suggests, hard core training for the abdominal and lower back region. Movements aimed at strengthening the slow twitch stabilizing muscles in and around the abdomen, spine and pelvis. Exercises to work the large fast twitch 6 pack muscles.

Lady’s Day

A Working with Weights lesson for the ladies only. Focusing more on female hormones and feeling more comfortable in a commonly male dominated environment.

Group Personal Training

Take the lessons a step further with regularly supervised workouts small groups of 4-6 people.
